Lead the Future of Smart Building Products
You wake up ready to steer a product line that touches real facilities and real users. By mid-morning, you’re aligning a multi-year portfolio roadmap to market shifts. After lunch, you’re translating voice-of-customer insights into crisp PRDs/MRDs. Before the day ends, you’re fine-tuning pricing to drive profitable growth and prepping sales teams with winning launch messaging. If that day-in-the-life sounds like you, we’d love to talk.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end portfolio strategy and a market-driven roadmap aligned to business objectives
- Clear product requirements (PRDs/MRDs) informed by VOC, field feedback, and market analysis
- Full product line P&L accountability: pricing strategy, margin performance, and revenue growth
- Launch and commercialization: positioning, messaging, and sales enablement that converts
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management or a related role with direct ownership of product lines/portfolios
- Proven experience driving strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes (P&L, pricing, forecasting)
- Background with technical products: HVAC, building automation, industrial systems, or embedded hardware/software
- Hands-on support for product launches in operational or manufacturing-led environments
- Knowledge of BACnet, airflow control systems, or critical environment applications
Schedule & Compensation
- Pay Range: $90–120K (Direct Hire Placement)
- Shift: 1st shift
- Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
