Job Title: Portfolio & Program Analyst
Location: Onsite – San Antonio, TX
Duration: 6 Months
Salary Range: $50.00 - $52.00/Hour on W2 (Without Benefits).Applicants must be willing to work on W2.
Role Description:Cross-Spoke Coordination- Coordinate D&A activities across Data Governance, Information Management, Business Analytics, AI/ML, Data Products, and Data Engineering spokes.
- Track delivery schedules and dependencies across spokes.
- Consolidate status updates from spoke leads.
- Maintain integrated roadmap and milestone plans.
Budget & Planning- Track spoke-level funding and allocation.
- Monitor demand intake and prioritization.
- Support annual planning and quarterly reviews.
- Produce capacity and utilization analysis.
Governance Reporting- Produce data governance dashboards.
- Track policy compliance and stewardship metrics.
- Report data quality KPIs.
- Monitor remediation closure and risk reduction activities.
