Our team of compassionate and skilled professionals is committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide who speaks Portuguese fluently to join our team in South River, NJ. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am to 1pm.


Job Description: We are looking for a caring and experienced Home Health Aide to assist an elderly patient in South River, NJ. The primary responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), bathing, feeding, medication management, and meal preparation.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide compassionate care to an elderly patient.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medication as prescribed.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious home-cooked meals.
  • Engage the patient in meaningful activities and companionship.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Communicate effectively with the patient, family members, and healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the patient’s condition.
Requirements:


  • Ability to assist with light housekeeping.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
