Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email/CRM
Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
Process payments, update policies, and assist with claims
Prepare insurance quotes
Support licensed agents with closing sales
Assist licensed agents with administrative tasks
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish and English
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Friendly and professional communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
Highly motivated and self-driven
Must be available on-site in Philadelphia
