Requirements:

• Oversee the daily operation of the schools media center and foster a dynamic learning environment that supports curriculum goals and student growth. This role blends instructional leadership with collection management and collaboration to enhance literacy, research, and digital fluency throughout the school community.
• Create an inclusive, inspiring library/media center that supports student learning.
• Curate and manage a responsive collection of print and digital resources.
• Teach library and media skills to students and faculty.
• Support instructional planning through collaboration and resource development.
• Maintain current knowledge in education and library/media trends.
• Participate in curriculum development and school-wide initiatives.
• Supervise media center staff, volunteers, and student use of space.
• Contribute to state-mandated testing and school-wide goals.
• Uphold district policies and assist with general school operations.
• Pursue ongoing professional improvement.
