Seeking experienced Positive Support Analysts (PSAs) with at least 4 years of supervised experience working with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors, co-occurring mental or neuro-cognitive disorders, or 6,000 hours of relevant experience.
Role involves developing and implementing person-centered behavior support plans to promote client independence, collaborating with behavior specialists and multidisciplinary teams, and managing data collection and progress documentation.
