Our physician-led team partners with post-acute facilities to provide comprehensive patient care, improve outcomes, and reduce avoidable readmissions. Details of the position:

• Productivity-based compensation plan with great earning potential

• Part time position - approximately 60-80 hours per month

• Locations in North Dallas and Plano area

• No APP supervision required

• Extremely flexible rounding schedule seeing skilled nursing, long-term nursing, and assisted living residents

• Equitable after-hours & weekend call without on-site presence requirement
