Clinical Career Opportunity: Post-Acute Physician Engagement 

Our group invites applications from quality-driven physicians to join our post-acute clinical practice in Stevensville, Michigan. This full-time role offers an autonomous practice model within established skilled nursing facilities, structured around a four-day clinical work week. Advanced Clinical Assessment: Conduct detailed patient histories, diagnostic evaluations, and comprehensive physical examinations. 

• Care Plan Architecture: Formulate, execute, and iterate individualized treatment plans to manage complex, multi-system pathologies. 
• Continuum of Care Coordination: Monitor patient trajectories and collaborate with multi-disciplinary facility teams to minimize readmissions and optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain meticulous, compliant, and timely electronic medical records in accordance with federal and state regulatory standards. 
• Family & Team Consultation: Serve as the clinical lead, providing medical education to patient proxies and guiding facility nursing staff on evidence-based protocols.

Compensation & Total Rewards

• Financial Incentives: Fee-for-service model with an estimated baseline of $200,000 – $240,000 and uncapped productivity potential.

Professional Requirements & Criteria

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted State of Michigan Physician License and valid DEA registration.
• Clinical Background: Previous experience in post-acute, acute care, emergency medicine, or outpatient clinical environments is preferred, though comprehensive specialty training is provided. 
• Competencies: Strong foundational diagnostic skills, comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance, and a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
