    • Update, verify, and maintain government reporting data, including HMDA information for closed, denied, and withdrawn loans.
    • Order home equity checks and process post-closing requirements for home equity products.
    • Establish roles and trust entities for construction loans, builder loans, subcontractors, and individual borrowers, and set up construction draws for each loan.
    • Assist with file room organization, document storage, scanning, and preparation of loan files for review.
    • Copy and maintain critical mortgage documents, including notes, mortgages, second mortgages, homeowners insurance certificates, PMI certificates, LPOAs, and name affidavits.
    • Submit loans to investors for audit review and complete monthly post-closing audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You may enjoy this job if:

    • You take ownership of your work and are committed to delivering accurate, reliable results.
    • You have a strong attention to detail and enjoy reviewing information for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
    • You are service-oriented and enjoy supporting both internal teams and external partners.
    • You build positive working relationships through open communication, collaboration, and professionalism.
    • You take pride in producing high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and finding ways to improve processes.

    Qualifications:

    What we are looking for:

    • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
    • One to three years of similar or related experience.
    • Previous experience in mortgage operations, loan servicing, post-closing, or a related financial services environment is preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
