We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Post Closer opportunity with our client -- a financial services organization known for its precision in asset management, tax compliance, and operational excellence.

The Post Closer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Manage final real estate settlements, including fund disbursement, document recording, and final document delivery.
  • Communicate with all parties to resolve and finalize all items after closing.
  • Data entry of all transaction details into proprietary system.
  • Review final documentation to verify all items were disbursed, executed, and notarized in compliance with internal procedures and client instructions.
  • Verify file disbursements are in balance and post checks as needed
  • Submit documentation for recording via online recording service or directly with local recorder's office.
  • Follow up to ensure all documents are on record within required time frame.
  • Prepare final documentation packages for parties to transaction and deliver per client's requirements.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to manage multiple loan files in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and accurate data entry.
  • Active NJ Title Insurance Producer License or eligibility to obtain one.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Experience with post-closing, processing, or closing of real estate transactions is strongly preferred.
Pay Rate: $22.31 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
