Reconciles contractual adjustments and payments for Medicare and Medicaid accounts and ensures balances are correct.
REQUIRED:
- High School diploma or equivalent and one (1) year experience in patient accounting or healthcare reimbursement; OR Associates Degree in Business or related field. 2. Good communication skills, and extensive 10 key and typing skills. 3. General knowledge of HMO/PPO contracts and credit balances.
PREFERRED:
- Medicare/Medicaid remittance advise experience. 2. Computer experience. 3. B.S. degree in Business.
