As a Post-Press Finishing Operator & Packaging Technician, you make sure every item that leaves our facility looks exactly as intended. You’ll keep machines humming, quality tight, and shipments on time.
What You’ll Do
- Run and oversee post-press finishing equipment, adjusting settings to keep performance steady and efficient.
- Package completed materials precisely to customer specifications and internal quality benchmarks.
- Examine printed pieces for imperfections and apply rigorous quality checks before packing.
- Keep your station clean, orderly, and audit-ready throughout every shift.
- Coordinate with teammates to hit daily production targets and meet tight deadlines.
- Assist with machine changeovers, setups, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company guidelines without exception.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background in manufacturing or print finishing is helpful (not required).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Comfort working independently as well as within a collaborative team.
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude and sound problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work variable hours and overtime when needed.
