Position Focus

Dr. Santhi Raj Kolamuri will be appointed as a Postdoctoral Associate working with Dr. Chin Siang Ong (Department of Surgery, Yale School of Medicine), working primarily on collaborative computational biology and bioinformatics projects with the Escobar-Hoyos Lab (Department of Therapeutic Radiology, Yale School of Medicine). Her responsibilities will include: (1) Single-cell RNA sequencing analysis, TCR clonotype analysis, and spatial transcriptomics to characterize tumor microenvironment immune reprogramming; (2) Integration of multi-patient single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing datasets to define molecular and cellular signatures relevant to cancer biology; (3) Supporting radiomics and imaging AI pipelines, including contributions to automated clinical imaging analysis platforms; (4) Participating in predictive and data-driven analytics projects, including development of machine learning models applied to clinical and physiologic data; (5) Contributing to language and knowledge model frameworks across the frontier of agentic AI, artificial general intelligence, and superintelligence research, including autonomous clinical workflow agents, multi-step reasoning systems, and translational AI projects integrating molecular, physiologic and clinical data.
