The group of Dr. Chong Sun in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to join interdisciplinary projects at the intersection of theoretical chemistry, machine learning and quantum information science. Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
Minimum Education: Ph.D. in chemistry, physics, computer science, or a related field, or Ph.D. expected by May 2027.
Experience:
Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following areas:
Certifications/Licenses Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong background in quantum chemistry, computational physics, machine learning or quantum information; Proficiency in scientific programming; Excellent communication and scientific writing skills.
