Responsibilities Bachelors with 5&plus years of experience to Design implementing and maintaining highly available and scalable Postgres database systems. Monitor database performance identify bottlenecks and optimize queries for improved efficiency. Collaborate with development teams to provide guidance on database design and optimization. Perform database upgrades migrations and patches while ensuring minimal downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner. Implement and maintain database security measures to protect sensitive data. Ensure data integrity backup and disaster recovery processes are in place. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in database administration. Qualifications Proven experience as a Database Administrator specifically with Postgres databases. Proficiency in database design optimization and performance tuning. Strong knowledge of SQL and query optimization techniques. Experience with database monitoring and management tools.
