In our fast-paced Sports Bar, exceptional service is key. As a Host, you'll provide a welcoming experience, work seamlessly with your team, and ensure every guest leaves happy. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality and teamwork.

Below are some of the responsibilities as a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Host:

• Seats guests and manages the seating chart. Monitors venue activity to determine seating and dining flow. Handle high volumes of guest needs in an organized, efficient, and professional manner
• Assist guests with online ordering/Kiosks when placing to-go orders. Ensure Togo food transport is complete, clean, and ready for guests.
• Input accurate reservations and guest requests into a digital reservation system.
• Greet the guests with a friendly expression, respond to guests inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner

What you need:

• Excellent communication, hospitality, interpersonal and math skills.
• Attentiveness and patience for guest
• The ability to successfully achieve Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications and City of Milwaukee bartender's license within 90 days.
• The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of related experience.
• Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
