To create a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with pupils; to motivate pupils to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge in accordance with each pupil's ability; and to establish good relationships with parents and other staff members.
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree. Must have certification and be Highly Qualified to teach Science, including Life and Physical Sciences, in schools of Alabama.
Salary Schedule adopted by the Lawrence County Board of Education for the effective date of employment.
