Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Pouch Operator role in Woodland, WA. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. Key Responsibilities:

· Set up, operate, and monitor pouch packaging equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production operations.
· Load packaging materials, films, and product supplies into machinery while maintaining production flow.
· Perform routine quality checks on finished pouches to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
· Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor operational issues to minimize downtime.
· Accurately record production data, material usage, and quality control information.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of production equipment and work areas in accordance with safety and sanitation standards.
· Assist with machine changeovers, adjustments, and preventative maintenance tasks as needed.
· Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies while operating equipment.
· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
· Promptly report equipment malfunctions, product defects, or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus.
· Experience operating packaging or pouch equipment preferred but not required.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
· Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
· Flexibility to work varying shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Compensation:

· $19.25–$31.28/hour DOE (Depending on Experience).
