Poultry Production Workers for a poultry processing facility in the Butterfield, MO area. We have immediate full-time openings in the Cut-Up, Marination, and Live Hang departments on multiple shifts. Requirements for Poultry Production Worker- Good attendance is required
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to wear rubber boots while working
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced production environment
- Some heavy lifting may be required
- Must be willing to complete employee and client safety orientations
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Must be able to work assigned schedules and overtime as needed
Poultry Production Worker Responsibilities (Depending on the department assigned, duties may include:)- Processing poultry products in the Cut-Up or Marination departments
- Hanging live poultry on the production line in the Live Hang department
- Trimming, sorting, handling, and packaging products
- Maintaining food safety and quality standards
- Following workplace safety procedures at all times
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Assisting with daily production goals and line operations
Schedule & Pay1st Shift Cut-Up/Marination
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
2nd Shift Cut-Up/Marination
- Monday through Friday
- 4:00 PM until production is complete (typically 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM)
2nd Shift Live Hang
- Monday through Thursday
- 1:45 PM to 12:45 AM
