Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for quality of product before final shipment
- Continuous improvement in support of department and company goals
- Supports, participates and encourages team building
- Provides feedback, both positive and negative, to the team, other related departments and the supervisor
- Promotes a positive work environment
- Follow all of Porter Corp’s procedures and policies
- Work safely and efficiently
- Stay customer focused
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience
- This position requires a knowledge of product packaging methods to ensure safe and secure shipments to meet customer requirements
- Work requires a high school diploma or equivalent
Travel
This position requires minimal to no travel
Computer Skills
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems

- Safe and efficient Packaging of finished goods to minimize damage
