We are currently seeking a dedicated Powder Coating Account Manager to join our team in Aldine. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $80,000 for an experienced and well-rounded professional who can effectively manage customer relationships and support client needs within the powder coating industry.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and support
Manage and maintain client accounts locally
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
Build and sustain strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Utilize internal CRM system to track and manage accounts
Work independently while collaborating as part of the broader team
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in account management
Strong knowledge of the powder coating industry
Proficiency in customer relationship management and sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Effective problem-solving and time management capabilities
Experience using CRM systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
