? NOW HIRING: Powder Coating Operator ?
? Pay: $20–$22/hr
? Location: Aurora, OH
? Type: Contract-to-Hire
? Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Mon–Thurs) (must train on 1st shift)
- Weekend Shift:
- Friday: 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
? What You’ll Do:
- Operate powder coating / paint equipment
- Load materials into machines and remove finished product
- Perform quality inspections
- Use spray painting techniques to ensure proper coating
?? Requirements:
- 6 months–1 year of spray painting experience (auto, industrial, or residential)
- Familiarity with a paint gun is required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
? Dress Code: Jeans, shirt, steel toe boots
