We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Powder Coating Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Orem, Utah. This is a full-time opportunity offering a consistent MondayThursday schedule with long weekends and the chance to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule: MondayThursday | 5:30 AM3:30 PM
3-Day Weekends Every Week!
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare parts and materials for powder coating by cleaning, masking, hanging, and staging products
- Apply powder coatings evenly and efficiently while following quality standards
- Operate powder coating equipment and maintain proper settings
- Inspect finished products for coating consistency, coverage, and quality
- Move materials and finished products throughout the production area
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Assist with other manufacturing and production duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous powder coating, painting, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
