Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Supervisor with overseeing the daily operations of the powder mixing department, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and up to quality standards.
- Lead the powder mixing employees by providing guidance and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepares clean rooms for mixing activities.
- Keep the mixers and scales clean when not in use.
- Document all activities on batch records and work with the Quality department to make sure that GMP activities are taken care of.
- Assist with other warehouse and inventory control activities when needed.
- Must be cross trained to work in other production areas when not mixing.
- Any other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Must have or be able to obtain food handler's permit.
- Forklift certification a plus.
- Bilingual skills preferred.
