We are seeking a Power BI & Data Engineer to support reporting, data pipelines, and automation. The ideal candidate will have strong Power BI development experience along with hands-on ETL, data engineering, and cloud data experience.
Must Have:
Strong hands-on Power BI development
Semantic modeling and DAX
End-to-end ETL
Data pipeline development and maintenance
Hands-on Snowflake
Hands-on dbt
S3
Insurance domain experience
8+ years of professional IT experience
Local to Massachusetts/Boston and able to work onsite 4 days/week
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Develop semantic models and DAX calculations
Create operational, KPI, and internal reporting
Own ETL processes from extraction through loading
Build and maintain data pipelines using dbt
Stage and prepare data for reporting
Work with Snowflake and S3-based data environments
Support Power Automate workflows
Maintain reporting resources and documentation
Additional Requirements:
Two professional references with LinkedIn profiles
MA-based Driver's License copy required
Must be able to attend final F2F interview
