About the Role:
In this field-based role, you’ll be responsible for servicing and repairing generators for both commercial and residential customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major brands such as Generac, Kohler, Cummins, and CAT, and should be confident working on PMs, basic repairs, and diagnosing complex systems like transfer switches and switchgear.
You’ll function with the freedom of running your own service territory—handling everything from parts management to customer interaction—while backed by a company known for its stability, support, and industry expertise.
Responsibilities:- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and field repairs on generator systems
- Troubleshoot and service automatic transfer switches (ATS) and switchgear equipment
- Maintain accurate work documentation and manage parts inventory
- Represent the company professionally and build positive customer relationships
- Self-manage scheduling and workflow while staying in communication with dispatch

Qualifications:- Hands-on generator repair experience with Generac, Cummins, Kohler, and/or CAT
- Proficient in troubleshooting and electrical diagnostics
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in the field
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
