Location: Ashland, VA
Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

A day in the role

Start your shift by conducting a quick safety inspection of your lift truck, review the day’s pick and ship targets with the team, and then keep materials flowing through a fast-moving warehouse. You’ll maneuver pallets with precision, verify counts as trailers are loaded and unloaded, and help keep aisles clear and inventory accurate. Safety and teamwork guide everything you do.

What you will do

• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to move, stage, and stack materials safely.
• Load and unload trailers while confirming product quantities and proper handling.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and escalate maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Follow all safety rules and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain organized, clean work areas and support inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit daily production and shipping goals.

What you bring

• Proven forklift experience; some roles require stock picker, reach truck, or electric pallet jack experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Capability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials throughout the shift.
• Reliable, safety-first mindset with a team-oriented approach.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is needed.

Schedule and pay

Openings are available on 1st and 2nd shift to fit your schedule. Compensation is $18–$20/hour, depending on experience.
