: This position provides all maintenance, installation, and repair activities of Plant Operations for the medical school complex. Provides general maintenance to all HVAC and support equipment for all the uptown/downtown satellite facilities. This includes preventive and corrective maintenance.

Minimum Qualification:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in welding, burning, installation and repairs of boiler, cooling towers, chillers, and large pumps
  • 5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of power plant
