Location: Souderton, PA - 100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week
Role Overview Seeking a hands-on Power Platform / Copilot Developer to help Univest accelerate adoption of Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 AI agents. This is not necessarily a senior architect role. The priority is finding a strong builder who is also good with people—someone who can identify business use cases, build working solutions, and teach non-technical users how to leverage the technology. Key Responsibilities
Build business solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Partner directly with business users to identify and develop practical AI/automation use cases
Build Copilot Studio agents and M365 AI solutions
Develop POCs and demonstrate business value
Train and coach a pilot group of 5–15 business users
Conduct hands-on workshops and help users build their own solutions
Create reusable templates, examples, and a reference/playbook
Help establish practical M365 Agent Governance around development, testing, deployment, security, and responsible AI
Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, APIs, and connectors
Troubleshoot solutions and document recommendations for scaling the program
Required Qualifications
Hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience
Strong experience with Power Apps and/or Power Automate
Experience with Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI/Copilot capabilities
Ability to turn business requirements into working low-code solutions
Strong communication and ability to work directly with non-technical business users
Comfortable training, coaching, and demonstrating solutions
Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Copilot Studio agent development
Microsoft 365 Agent Governance
Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, and connectors
Power Platform governance / Center of Excellence experience
Microsoft Power Platform certifications
Experience delivering hands-on technical workshops and user enablement
