About the Position:Our Power Platform Developers design and implement low-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform-Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint. Serve as a solution-development lead, independently translating client requirements into scalable technical solutions and automated workflows that drive process optimization, data integration, and enterprise-wide digital transformation. You will own hands-on development while partnering with project team members and other Power Platform developers to align solutions to client needs and seek guidance when needed. Specific responsibilities include:Analyze client and end-user needs and technical requirements to design technical SharePoint solutionsDesign scalable solutions that integrate directly into the client's existing suite of systemsServe as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on SharePoint projects with accountability for project outcomes; design and create SharePoint sites, pages, and libraries for internal and external stakeholders, and provide technical troubleshooting and end-user support as neededServe as a SME on Power Platform applications-including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI by designing and creating applications, workflows, and dashboards that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholdersDevelop testing plans for application development, user guides, and technical guidesEngage directly with clients to assist them in technical implementation planning and executionUse strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to mitigate internal and external client challengesProvide support and guidance to users on Power Platforms and SharePoint features and functionalitiesProvide quality assurance reviews of engagement processes and deliverablesDevelop and tailor comprehensive communication plans for Office 365 and SharePoint initiatives to convey technical concepts to non-IT stakeholdersDetermine the future state for promoting knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systemsPropose options to coordinate planning and managing solutions; convert or rebuild existing forms, tools, and workflows to function in the new environmentPerform other related duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Must currently hold an active DoW Secret (or higher) 3 plus years of SharePoint (2019, SE, and SPO) experience, including architecture, development, design, and migration3-5 years of Power Platform experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI; including experience as a sole solution developer on client projects. Your salary may vary within this range depending on a wide range of factors, including (but not limited to) your qualifications, skills, experience, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
