Title: Power Platform Developer (Copilot Studio & Power Automate)

Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process Eligible to workimization.
- Experience creating AI-enabled conversational agents, virtual assistants, and automated business processes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and Dataverse.
- Experience integrating solutions through REST APIs, connectors, and external systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting and coaching Eligible to work developers and business users.
- Preferred: Power Apps, Power BI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, governance, security, application lifecycle management, and Agile delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and the broader Power Platform ecosystem.
- Build conversational AI agents, virtual assistants, and workflow automation solutions that improve business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable low-code solutions.
- Support and mentor novice business developers in adEligible to working and effectively using Power Platform capabilities.
- Provide guidance on solution design, governance, best practices, and platform usage standards.
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and Eligible to workimize existing automation workflows and Copilot solutions.
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and external systems through APIs and connectors.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are followed across all solutions.
- Conduct user training, demonstrations, and workshops to drive adEligible to workion.
- Prepare technical documentation, knowledge articles, and reusable solution templates.
- Support production deployments, issue resolution, and ongoing platform administration.
