 Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid to Senior

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver impactful applications.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot, and third-party systems.
• Contribute to solution architecture, governance, and best practices.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new features and capabilities within the Power Platform ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, agile team.
• A growth mindset, you embrace change, seek feedback, and love learning.
• Experience working in consulting or fast-paced environments is a plus.

• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows)
• Power BI (Data Modeling, DAX, Visualization)
• Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL
• Bonus: Azure Logic Apps, custom connectors, ALM practices, Copilot Studio
