We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Power Platform Developer to build applications, automate workflows, and deliver business solutions. You’ll work with technical and business teams to turn requirements into applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Build Canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and internal and external Power Pages websites.
  
• 
  Design, implement, migrate, and support Power Platform and Dataverse solutions.
  
• 
  Lead discovery sessions, gather requirements, and develop prototypes and technical documentation.
  
• 
  Develop custom components and integrations using .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
  
• 
  Troubleshoot issues, participate in code reviews, and maintain development and governance standards.
  
• 
  Support deployment automation and application lifecycle management within an Agile environment.
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  8+ years of IT experience.
  
• 
  5+ years with Power Platform and Dataverse.
  
• 
  5+ years designing, implementing, and migrating solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  
• 
  5+ years of custom development using .NET, JavaScript, and C#.
  
• 
  3+ years of data integration and migration using Azure Synapse or Azure Data Factory.
  
• 
  2+ years of DevOps experience in Power Platform environments.
  
• 
  Experience with Power Pages and strong communication, requirements gathering, and troubleshooting skills.
  
• 
  Power Apps Professional or Developer certification.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  1+ year with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  
• 
  5+ years with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, PowerShell, and SPFx.
  
• 
  Experience with Power Platform Pipelines or ALM Accelerator.
