Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Power Apps, including both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.

• Design and implement automated business processes and workflows using Power Automate.

• Create, configure, and maintain Power Pages for internal and external-facing websites and portals.

• Customize, configure, develop, deploy, and support solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Lead functionality discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.

• Understand business processes, challenges, and requirements and translate identified use cases into effective Power Platform solutions.

• Design and develop applications that address business needs while maintaining scalability, usability, security, and maintainability.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure development follows established coding standards, governance policies, and industry best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Power Platform application and configuration issues.

• Document technical issues and resolutions and collaborate with system administrators, developers, and other IT resources to implement fixes.

• Develop reusable solution designs and technical documentation for common business use cases.

• Create and maintain documentation covering business requirements, technical recommendations, solution designs, platform usage, and technical analysis.

• Develop mockups and prototypes based on business requirements and demonstrate how Power Platform capabilities can address identified needs.

• Evaluate Power Platform features and tools and recommend appropriate solutions based on functional and technical requirements.

• Follow Microsoft and organizational best practices when designing and implementing business solutions.

• Assist in defining, implementing, and refining Power Platform governance, development, deployment, and application management standards.

• Participate throughout the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams throughout solution development and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer or other relevant Microsoft Power Platform certification.

• Experience with DevOps and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) within the Power Platform.

• Experience with Power Platform Pipelines and/or ALM Accelerator.

• Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.
