Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Power Apps applications tailored for compliance tracking and reporting.
• Automate workflows using Power Automate to ensure regulatory processes are efficient and auditable.
• Create dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide real-time compliance insights.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems and compliance tools.
• Ensure security and governance by implementing best practices for data protection and access control.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor and maintain compliance-related applications, ensuring they meet evolving regulatory standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on compliance applications and workflows.


Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience is Canvas apps and Dataverse
• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, or industry-specific regulations.
• Knowledge of data security and governance best practices.
• Experience with API integrations and connecting Power Platform solutions to external systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
