Description

Summary:

  • Work Mode: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Define end-to-end solution architecture for Power Platform implementations integrated with Dynamics 365 (CE/F&O/BC).
  • Design scalable Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, and Custom Pages) leveraging Dataverse and Azure Services.
  • Architect Copilot-enabled solutions using AI Builder, Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents), and Azure OpenAI integration.
  • Establish governance, security, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices for Power Platform environments.
  • Lead integration of Power Apps with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and external systems using Power Automate and custom connectors.
  • Design and implement low-code extensions for Dynamics 365 processes including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Finance.
  • Enable Copilot experiences within Power Apps and Dynamics 365 using natural language automation, prompt engineering, and custom Copilot plugins.
  • Leverage AI Builder, Azure AI Services, and Copilot Studio to automate data extraction, recommendations, and conversational experiences.
  • Drive adoption of Copilot capabilities across Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales Insights, Customer Service Copilot, and Finance Copilot.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI/ML use cases within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Define standards for solution architecture, environment strategy, and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, privacy, and performance optimization standards.
  • Mentor development teams on Power Platform architecture, deployment, and support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in CRM/Enterprise Applications.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Minimum 4 years of Power Platform architecture experience.
  • Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, Custom Pages).
  • Strong experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Insights.
  • Experience defining solution architecture, entity models, workflows, security models, and user experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services, Azure OpenAI, and integration technologies.
  • Experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, and Copilot-enabled solutions.
  • Experience with plugin/custom workflow development.
  • Knowledge of Azure AD, ADFS, OAuth authentication, and application lifecycle management.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and external systems.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing, roadmap, and release management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, design workshop facilitation, fit-gap analysis, and proof-of-concept delivery.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Business Central.
  • Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft AI technologies and Azure AI Services.
  • Experience contributing to pre-sales activities, RFP responses, solution accelerators, demos, and innovation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered CRM features and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
