Power Tool Repair Technician

Experience in the construction or industrial supply chain industry is preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair hand and power tools.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Basic knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, parts diagrams, and technical documents.
Customer service oriented with strong verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
SAP experience is helpful; experience participating in cycle counts and inventory control is a plus.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry.
Ability to accurately complete work orders, repair documentation, and service records.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and work in a shop environment for extended periods.
Ability to prioritize multiple repair orders while meeting deadlines.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures.
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience repairing power tools, compressors, pneumatic tools, or small engine equipment is preferred.
