About the Role (Working Foreman)
Stewart Painting is hiring an experienced Power Wash Technician Foreman to lead crews and deliver top-quality residential and commercial exterior cleaning services.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be in the field daily-running jobs, leading your crew, ensuring safety, and making sure every project meets our standards for quality and professionalism.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Crew Leadership & Jobsite Oversight
- Lead and supervise power washing crews on active job sites
- Assign daily tasks and keep jobs on schedule
- Train and mentor team members on techniques, safety, and standards
- Maintain strong productivity and clear communication with management
Power Washing & Equipment
- Perform residential and commercial power washing (siding, decks, roofs, walkways, furniture, etc.)
- Mix and apply cleaning solutions (bleach, Jomax, water) safely and correctly
- Drive, operate, and maintain trucks and power washing equipment
- Handle setup, breakdown, and basic troubleshooting
Safety & Customer Experience
- Enforce safety procedures and proper PPE use
- Ensure clean, organized, and hazard‑free job sites
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for customers
- Communicate clearly, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of power washing or exterior cleaning experience
- Leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of pressure washing and soft-wash methods
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Current DOT medical card or ability to pass a DOT physical
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
