- Exterior Cleaning Technician Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Lead Technician to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
- Perform pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, and exterior cleaning services
- Follow proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Operate company equipment safely and responsibly
- Work as a team to complete daily job checklists
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Exterior Cleaning Technician Qualifications
- Previous experience in pressure washing or exterior cleaning is required.
- Experience with professional window cleaning is required.
- Experience operating boom lifts and/or scissor lifts is preferred.
- Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Monday through Friday availability
- Optional weekend shifts available
- Good work history and reliability
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required)
