- Serve as a Power BI Dashboard Developer within the NCDIT-Transportation (NCDIT-T) WEB Systems Team, supporting NCDOT and NCDMV customers. - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and data visualizations to support enterprise reporting and decision-making. - Build enterprise-ready data models, DAX measures, and accessible visualizations for business products and reporting platforms. - Integrate Power BI solutions with Databricks and other enterprise data sources. - Administer Power BI workspaces, manage user access, security, and ensure governance standards. - Collaborate across teams to establish consistency in reporting standards and visual design. - Provide training, webinars, and support to NCDOT business customers on dashboards and data usage. - Address workspace access, data connection needs, and customer service requests. - Optimize report performance and perform SQL querying and tuning as necessary. - Participate in hybrid work arrangements, with occasional on-site attendance required. - Ensure compliance with all relevant business processes, security, and governance protocols.
