Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Reach Operator

Location: Ocala, FL

Compensation:

• 1st Shift: $16.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: $17.00/hour

• Do you expertly navigate a stand-up reach truck through high racking and tight aisles?
• Are you as comfortable on the controls as you are jumping in for manual loading/unloading or helping on the production floor?

What will you handle?

• Operating a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve pallets.
• Loading/unloading trailers, trucks, and maintaining clear staging areas.
• Transporting raw materials and finished goods between warehouse and production.
• Staging materials for both production runs and outbound shipments.
• Assisting with general labor and production tasks when not on the truck.
• Keeping warehouse zones organized and hazard-free.
• Conducting equipment inspections and adhering to safety procedures.
• Positioning loads with care to prevent product or equipment damage.
• Tackling additional warehouse/production duties as assigned.

What do you need to qualify?

• 1+ recent year of reach truck experience—required.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing—preferred.
• Comfort operating in a rapid, high-throughput environment.
• Readiness to perform manual handling and production work.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials safely.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow safety rules and supervisor direction.
