Position Summary This role oversees the complete planning and execution of warranty claims within the PowerFlex business line. It requires direct management of the warranty process, oversight of issue verification, root cause analyses, claim validation, and the planning and execution of warranty repair plans in coordination with internal stakeholders, supply chain partners, and equipment suppliers. This role reports to PROENERGY’s Warranty Program Director with direct accountability to the PowerFLX business line. This position can be based out of Sedalia, Missouri, Kansas City, Missouri, or Houston, Texas.
