Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using Power Automate (Flow) and other Power Platform components.
Build and customize Power Apps to streamline business processes and improve user experience.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, SAP, and SQL databases.
Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable automation solutions.
Develop Power BI dashboards for analytics and reporting needs.
Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals.
Maintain, monitor, and enhance existing automation workflows for performance and compliance.
Ensure adherence to best practices in security, governance, and documentation for Power Platform and RPA solutions.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training as needed.
10 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
Hands-on experience in RPA development using Power Automate or similar tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
Proficiency in workflow design, API integration, and data connectors within Power Platform.
Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Dataverse.
Experience with SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, and Office 365 integration.
Strong understanding of process mapping, optimization, and automation lifecycle management.
Basic scripting/programming skills (PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript) are an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or equivalent certification.
Experience in AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, or Process Advisor for intelligent automation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Git, Azure DevOps).
