Required Qualifications:

Technical Skills
• 3+ years of experience developing solutions in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• 2+ years of experience creating dashboards and visualizations in Tableau
• Strong understanding of data modeling, DAX, and Power Query/M
• Proficiency in SQL and database concepts
• Experience with REST APIs and web services integration
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and UX principles
• Proven experience troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues
• Ability to read, understand, and modify existing code and solutions
Soft Skills

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform/Tableau/PowerBI Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions and workflows that drive data-driven decision-making across our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform suite and Tableau/PowerBI, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and streamlined business processes.
Must Have: Power Platform, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps (model & canvas apps) SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Tableau, SQL

Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Analytics
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
• Create compelling data visualizations that communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and optimize data models to support reporting needs
• Implement best practices for dashboard design, performance, and usability
Power Platform Development
• Build custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)
• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft and third-party applications
Customer Solution Support & Troubleshooting
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with customer Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI and Tableau solutions
• Perform root cause analysis on solution failures and performance bottlenecks
• Apply fixes and patches to existing customer applications and dashboards
• Optimize and enhance customer solutions based on feedback and changing requirements
• Respond to customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner
• Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for common issues
• Conduct solution health checks and proactive maintenance
Data Management
• Connect to various data sources (SQL Server, SharePoint, APIs, cloud services, etc.)
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all solutions
• Optimize queries and data connections for performance
• Document data sources, business logic, and transformation processes
Collaboration & Support
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points
• Provide technical guidance and training to end-users and customers
• Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI and Tableau solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for internal and external customers
• Communicate effectively with customers about issue status and resolution timelines
• Stay current with platform updates and new features
