What You'll Do as a Powersports Assembler:- Assemble component parts into completed units within blueprint specifications and design tolerances
- Maintain acceptable performance standards for assembly, production, quality, safety, and housekeeping
- Perform minor adjustments, repairs, or setups to equipment or machines with supervision
- Inspect parts or completed units by using visual inspection, gauges, tape measures, check fixtures, calipers, or other equipment
- Perform a variety of assembly and production duties with minimal supervision
- Responsible for the placement of all tools in proper locations daily
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
What You Need to Bring to the Powersports Assembler Role:- Must have a High school diploma or GED
- Must have at least 1 year of assembly experience
- Experience following work instructions and reading blueprints is helpful
- Must have experience working with hand and power tools
- Strong attendance record
- Ability to work on your feet for a majority of the shift
