Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Oasis Powersports. The ideal candidate will have a passion for powersports, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to help customers find the perfect products for their needs. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and ensuring our showroom is inviting and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and and discuss available options on our range of powersports vehicles and accessories.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, specifications, and industry trends.
- Assist customers in the selection and purchase of products, ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
- Actively seek out and build productive trust relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in the powersports or automotive industry, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for powersports and a good understanding of vehicles and equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
