Powersports Sales Professional

Hexco Motorsports, is looking for a highly motivated seasoned Powersports Sales Professional with 5+ years' experienceto join our fast-paced dealership team.

If you are a self-starter who follows up on leads quickly, closes deals, and thrives on commission, this is a serious income opportunity.

You will be selling top brands including Honda, Can-Am, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Suzuki, Arctic Cat, and Kayo including motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft.

Hours: Flexible, must be able to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right products to solve their problem
• Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and organized
• Assist in ensuring that the product is in excellent condition, clean, organized, ready to show
• Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers
• Use literature and training resources to stay up to date on products and features

Qualifications/Skills:

• General understanding of the principles of sales
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with customer service
• Motorcycle license or ability to obtain a motorcycle license
• Clean driving record
