Powersports Service Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, parts knowledge and experience in vehicle maintenance. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle needs.Duties

• Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner
• Accept customers powersports unit and determine customer's servicing needs.
• Assist customers with parts and accessories purchases including offering additional product that may compliment the customers current unit.
• Communicate job status with customers and accept payment for services.
• Assist in sales by providing customers with information about services offered, promoting additional services when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service writer with a strong background in vehicle maintenance, and parts knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• A valid driver's license with an M endorsement is preferred; but not necessary.
