We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, parts knowledge and experience in vehicle maintenance. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle needs. Duties
Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner
Accept customers powersports unit and determine customer's servicing needs.
Assist customers with parts and accessories purchases including offering additional product that may compliment the customers current unit.
Communicate job status with customers and accept payment for services.
Assist in sales by providing customers with information about services offered, promoting additional services when appropriate.
Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
Proven experience as a service writer with a strong background in vehicle maintenance, and parts knowledge.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
A valid driver's license with an M endorsement is preferred; but not necessary.
