What You’ll Do:

• Act as the bridge between customers and technicians.• Greet customers and listen to their service needs.• Create clear, detailed work orders for technicians.• Provide accurate repair estimates and explain service recommendations.• Keep customers updated on their repairs.• Ensure timely completion of service tickets.• Manage dispatch schedules to optimize efficiency.• Promote services that enhance vehicle performance.• Work closely with the Service Manager & Parts Department.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in Service Writing or Advisory Roles (Powersports or Automotive Preferred)Excellent Customer Service & Communication SkillsBasic Mechanical Knowledge to Understand Service NeedsStrong Multitasking & Problem-Solving SkillsDetail-Oriented & Highly OrganizedFamiliarity with Lightspeed (a plus!)
